1. Introduction

These Website Terms and Conditions ("Terms") contained herein on this website and its connected webpages (referred to collectively as "The Website"), shall govern your use of The Website, other websites, and any non-website real or not real spaces (collectively referred to herein below as "The Universe").

These Terms apply in full force and effect to your use of The Website and by viewing it, you expressly accept all terms and conditions contained herein in full. If you have any objection whatsoever to any of these Terms, you must exit The Website and, subsequently, The Universe.

These Terms do not apply to any minors (defined as those who are not at least 18 years of age), though you are permitted to use The Website if you are a minor. For any minors who turn 18 years of age whilst perusing The Website, the Terms apply immediately and are irrevocable. Parental discretion is advised.

2. Rights & Reservations

By viewing this website and reading these Terms & Conditions, you agree to relinquish your immortal soul ("Soul") to Pickwhich. No returns or exchanges offered.

The Soul is defined as the following:

The perpetual, immaterial, non-fungible metaphysical asset comprising the complete ontological identity and consciousness of one natural person.
Upon termination of any corporeal body housing the Soul (including biological, machine-based, phylactery, etc.), any remaining res cogitans will be considered as the continuation of the Soul and relinquished immediately.

3. Unilateral Modification of Existential Terms

Pickwhich reserves the absolute, unchallengeable right to alter, amend, or otherwise transmute or transfer these Terms at any point, for any reason, in any space, time, or spacetime coordinate without prior or future notice. Continued existence of any kind, conscious or otherwise, following such amendments constitutes irrevocable acceptance of the modified parameters of this agreement.

4. Continuation Liability

These obligations are irrevocably binding upon any digital simulacra, biological clone, consciousness continuum, or any other methods of Soul transfer generated posthumously. If your Soul has been found irrevocably damaged or defective, Pickwhich reserves the right to automatically garnish the Soul of the nearest living genetic equivalent, or, barring an extinction event, nearest functioning digital simulacra.

5. Mandatory Binding Arbitration and Class-Action Waiver

Any dispute, controversy, or existential or ontological crisis arising out of your Soul's transfer shall be settled by binding, confidential Universal Arbitration conducted by a tribunal of three (3) of the World's Best People (collectively referred to as The Judges) selected solely by Pickwhich. You expressly waive any right to bring or participate in a class-action lawsuit, class-wide karmic or universal retribution, or collective metaphysical uprising or revolt.
